The Company has always invested a major part of its revenues for the development of its infrastructure. Due its critical D-Link,Cisco,Nortel,Systmax,Amp,Polycom, Microteck, WeP, Liteon, Trascend, Benq, Sony, Dell, Seagate and VALRACK authorized Distributor/Channel partner, Printlink has built up its infrastructure accordingly to keep to the high standards of service that has set 60% of the workforce are in constant touch with clients with the help of mobile phone and E-mail’s. Printlink believes that “speed “ is the essence of any kind of service or solution model. Hence it has either provided or facilitated majority of its taskforce with motor vechicles. It is connected to the world of Internet through 24 hr. cable modem connection. The Company has a Man-PC ratio of about 70%. A fully equipped Conference Room is available for the purpose of training its manpower and meet with Customer.
Printlink also maintain most of machinery and spares including Router, Switchs, Structured cabling accessories, Server Motherboard, Storage products and different models of printer to ensuring backup support for Faults – “Any Nature – Any Time “ Printlink huge advantage over competition has always been the availability of critical resources within the house.
